Van Cleave Trumpets New Product Launch

Van Cleave Trumpets was PROUD to make its official product launch at this year's I.T.G. Conference at Rowan University, Glassboro, New Jersey. 

Van Cleave Trumpets was started by well known trumpet player, pedagogue, and designer Mark Van Cleave with the goal of building great trumpets for REAL trumpet players. After many years of working and designing for other manufacturers, Van Cleave Trumpets was born.  “I always said that if I could get a good balance of great design, great manufacturing, and a great price …I would do it.  I figured that would never happen.  Then all of a sudden all of the pieces came together in the summer of 2005 and design work and prototyping began.  Prototyping finished up in early November of 2005 with production starting by December 2005.  We have made much progress in a short time due to our very creative and motivated staff.  All of our employees are real trumpet PLAYERS and not just suits that sell horns ...even our business people! We ALL speak "trumpet" here", Mark said.

Not only are all of the trumpets in the Van Cleave product line designed by and for real players, but they also offer many cutting edge design improvements over many of the conventional trumpets currently on the market. Sonic and Acoustic enhancements are the main story here.

After players are wowed by how well our horns play, the REAL shock hits them …THE PRICE!  Mark says, “We are all trumpet players here at Van Cleave Trumpets and unlike many of the manufacturers out there, we know just how much money trumpet players DON’T have. We are changing the industry with both cutting edge instruments, and also with price. Mom and Dad can now afford a real professional instrument without taking out a second mortgage!”

Available at the show were all of the present models of Bb Trumpet (MV1, MV1L, MV2, MV2L, and the new MV3), and our NEW MVC1 C Trumpet which really WOWED all who played one.
